Lovely still life of blue hydrangeas by midwestern artist, Betty Johnston. The painting features a bountiful bouquet of blue and white blossoms against a mottled pink and lavender tinged background. Painted in bold strokes in textural impasto style, its vibrant and colorful nature will enliven any space. On stretched canvas and ready to pair with a frame of your choosing (not included). Signed lower left and believed to be from the 1970s.
