We have taken to calling these our "ballgown" tassels -- in a lovely shade of coppery brown, this pair of very large, custom made tassels consist of a full taffeta"skirt" on an hourglass figure and silk thread petticoat underneath. Can be used as curtain tiebacks, accents on a chair frame, or many other creative uses. Unused custom piece from a to-the-trade showroom.
