This two-book collection tells his life story amongst literary legends of his time as well as presenting a large assortment of his writings from Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Chicago Tribune, and others. The anthology is illustrated with the delightful caricatures of Gloyas Williams.

Both are in very good vintage condition with minor wear to the dust jackets.
