Vintage Fort McHentry, Baltimore Maryland Souvenir Ashtray / Trinket Dish

Vintage souvenir ashtray of Fort McHenry, the birthplace of the American National Anthem and the only National Monument and Historic Shrine in the National Park Service. The fort was instrumental in turning back the British at a pivotal point in the War of 1812. The piece is formed of heavy, brass plated metal in the shape of this historical American coastal pentagonal bastion fort on Locust Point, Baltimore. Perfect for it's intended use as an ashtray, as a convenient receptacle for coins, or as a desk accessory for paperclips or other small objects.
